How to get to Immigration in Mok-Dong

These directions are from I have Seoul I have followed them myself and they are very good!


Getting your Alien Registration Card

1) How to get there (Main Immigration Office)

a) Find the way from your place to Omokyo Station (Purple Line - 5).
b) When you get the Omkyo take the stairs at exit #7.
c) Walk straight from the top of the stairs for approximately 400 meters. There is a Dunkin' Donuts on the left as a landmark to let you know you are going the right way.
d) At the 400 meter mark the road forks. You should see a white sign on the right side of the road that says "Seoul Immigration Office: 150m"
e) Walk to the right from the fork on the road. You will see a SK gas station. A fancy church further down on the left and a fancy building.
f) The fancy glass building is actually the Seoul Water Company building. We foreigners get the crappy looking building to its left with big writing that reads: "Seoul Immigration Office"
g) Cross the street and enter the door.
