Still can't talk...okay I can croak now so I guess that means improvement!

I had the morning off today because there is no way I could have made it through kindy without saying a word. I am at work now though because I have to teach my afternoon classes. I've been doing up work sheets for them because if I try to talk I get this nasty dry cough that doesn't stop so I will just write on the board and have them do work sheets as I sit and sip tea at my desk. I'm a little sad about the no voice thing because that means this weekend is totally shot to hell. I was supposed to go to Jenn's taco fiesta tonight but I really wouldn't be much fun for anyone seeing as how I can't really say anything. Hopefully I will see the girls for lunch tommorow. RL was sweet and invited me for dinner last night with her and Tom, but I really wasn't much conversation but the food was damn good, as a Korean meat dinner usually is.

I've been turning a new leaf and trying to get myself into shape and healthier. I went and got some lettuce, mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, and I've been eating yummy salads for a week and soup, and although I have no voice, internally I'm feeling quite well. I've been chowing down on pineapple and kiwis and grapes and I think I like this new diet. I'm hoping by my 30th birthday to be in good shape and into a size 6. I owe it to myself.
