I'm happy to say that I've found a place on the web that is helping make sense of it all! When I want to learn about something..I need to know EVERYTHING about it. So I've been reading about the guitar and how to play and techniques like a crazy person. I have also been practicing my chord chart OVER AND OVER. I am determined to make beautiful sounds come out of this pretty piece of wood! I found a blog put together by a guitar teacher and things are finally starting to make sense!! Maybe I'll record myself when I can actually play well and post it here.

Do you recognise the tune at all? (at least I think that's the chord structure to this mystery song, if it's not I've just made a goose of myself!)
F G and C are the ones giving me the most wrist and finger grief at the moment..perhaps I'm reading my chord chart wrong but..for F..it says I should have my first finger on 1st, 2nd, and 6th string at the same time??!!! Seriously how is that possible?
