Graduation tommorow!!

I'm really hating the no computer thing because I feel so out of touch!!! one more week people then all will be right in the universe again. Tommorow is our kindy graduation and everyone is stressed and going crazy but it will all be over sooner than later and it will be back to classes again. We're losing 3 teachers on Wednesday and another in a week or so. Really Peter is the only one I'll miss cause he's coolness. I wish Beaker was leaving but the new teacher Meghan seems to be a perfect love match for him so we'll see how that pans out. This weekend was interesting. I went out with Emily and RL on Friday night for club night which was actually pretty dead but we got drunken non the less. Saturday night we had a Kids Club dinner of sorts and we all hit a club after and frankly it was just messy and sloppy and for once RL and I weren't the assholes! We were calm observers of the shit show!!!!
Tommorow night after graduation the Ohs are taking us out for dinner and drinks and when the boss pays it is a gaurenteed night of hilarity! That's about it for now I have to go iron my clothes for tommorow and leave RL in peace. Only two pics for now from this weekend but more later...like my new shirt?? I love Korean fashion :)

Wow this week flew!

Here we are...Friday again! I can't believe how quickly the time goes by. I had an awesome week at school (apart from the stress) and things are good! It's club night and RL and I are going to shake out some of the stress of graduation and have some fun. I'm looking forward to 2 days holiday next week to recover and get back into the swing of things in the new term. I can't believe I'm going to be going home in like 4 months for a visit..the time goes by so fast! Back on track

I feel a little bit bad because I think my last post led people astray in their comments. I don't think all men are bastards..actually far from it, I did not give my heart out to quickly cause it's still in my chest, and the guy, who will remain nameless, is not a jerk by any means and I hope if he read my blog he doesn't think I ment him any ill will because I did not. I will say this though to the boys who read my blog..just some words of advice.

1. if you ask a girl for drinks don't talk about your ex-girlfriend (um that is so lame and not cool).

2. If you aren't ready for a relationship..asking someone to go out for the evening whom you know is interested in you..really not the greatest idea.

3. If you are only looking for a "pal" you should really make sure you tell the other person that upfront (if you have any respect for them at all).

Nuff said eh?

Anyway things at work are beyond stressfull. My kids are performing their graduation dance next week and really they are falling apart. I'm not sure what happened because they were rockin! Now I encourage RL and K class to publically chastize my class on a daily basis for their suckyness! To make matters worse...Mrs.Oh (the top dog) actually told my class they were doing amazing after I just finished telling them they were terrible. Really I need a Korean to come in and tell them just how badly they are doing...maybe it would motivate them to do better. Really I'm bored of Raffi and the Village People too! But suck it up kids only 5 more days!!!!!! We got our new schedules and I'm not too happy about mine but what can you do..the only good thing is I keep almost every kid (all my kindys and most of my older kids) so that makes me happy. Well gotta run..Beaker is waiting for the computer and I suppose I must share. Take care all until I'm able to blog again.

I am out of commission for a few days

We haven't got a computer at work right now because our teacher's room is being remodeled and I don't have one at home yet (soon!!!). This past weekend had some definite highs and lows but it was mostly low-key except for a trip to Yongsan with RL. I did figure some stuff out while having an emotional break down (over pent up emotions I haven't delt with since um...September- trust me it was a good thing) what caused it was someone who should have stepped up and expressed their true intentions before messin with my head but I guess I hold some responsibility as well for what happened. Some guys just don't know how to be men....anyway no ill will to you ......... So I'll post when I can until then cheers!

Happy Valentine's Day

What a great weekend!!! Friday night was supposed to be dance class and home, however during our last class RL suggested Hongdae and I was down with that. So after school we booted home got ready and headed for Hongdae for a girls night! After some yummy Mexican we hit Tin Pan for a few drinks and met up with Kyle and Mark. We shook our asses soooo hard and we had a blast. We left and headed for another bar and shook it some more! Then finally RL and I headed to M2 where there was a slammin DJ and we made ourselves the main attraction by dancing in the very middle of the stage and pretty much pushed everyone else outta the way!!! IT WAS AWESOME!


Saturday RL and I went to Yongsan and I got my camera fixed for 20 bucks which rocked..then we met up again later and headed to Jamsil to meet up with Jenny, Heidi, and Emily at Chili's. After dinner we headed over to Itae to meet up with everyone for Cam's birthday party. We did stop first at Family Mart and get Cam a bag full of gifts and we also stopped and each bought him a tie. Cam hates birthdays and ties so it was perfect. We met up at Soho for half an hour of happy hour and we pounded em back. Cam wouldn't wear the ties but he asked us girls to wear them instead. Um Gladly! So we decided we would wear them for the entire night and frankly we are so freakin hot!!!!!! After we got bored we headed to the Transilvania bar and danced and sang our hearts out to Bon Jovi!!! It was awesome..then some fool suggested Noraebang so that was what we did. James and I did an awesome duet of Roxanne and the others also sang wonderfully (haha yeah right we all sucked but it was soo fun). Emily seriously how did you not make it to the second round of Canadian Idol????? You should have won! :)
Now Sunday is almost over and it's back to work again....the highlight of my day was a call from one of my favorite girls Jenny B!!! She was drunken and funny and we just talked about how excited we were that she and her hubby are coming to visit me soon!! I CAN'T WAIT! Mom, hope you made it to CB okay and Mark, my dear bro, it was great chatting with you today. Love you guys xoxoxo Have a good week all!

Wow! It's Friday already?

I can't believe how fast this week has flown by! Not that I'm complaining about it! Plans for the weekend...hmm I know I have some just not sure what they are. They are in the hands of RL and James I'll just grace everyone with the presence of my badass self. I do know something to do with Valentine's and Cam's Birthday. Speaking of Valentine's my kids keep asking about and all I have to say is Baaaaa Hum Bug..seriously it is just a Hallmark holiday for couples..us singletons get to be reminded how much it sucks to go to bed alone!

I did get an e-mail from a friend asking what my ultimate Valentine's date would be so here it goes..

Back to work and things are stressful as our graduation performances are quickly approaching. I'm really happy with my the progress my class is making, however a few of my students have been away for a while and they are due back this week. I'm worried they aren't going to be able to catch up to the other kids in time. So this week will be very intensive interms of practice. I'm looking forward to dancing tonight I'm starting to notice the effects of our dance class on my bod. However I broke my ass on Saturday night so hopefully that won't be an issue. Hope everyone has a good week :)

Happy Birthday Peter!!!

I started off the evening with a self-portrait because I was feeling a little punk rock. Saejin said I looked like a character in street fighter which is cool cause it means I can kick ass!!! Which I can't...I'm a lover not a fighter. Anyway on with the gong show!



RL, Cam and myself met up and headed over to Itaewon to meet up with Peter, Linda and Joel for some yummy Greek food. I have to say it was fantasmic!!! I love eating GOOD food. After dinner we headed over to Soho for 2 4 one drinks which really always turns out to be dangerous. We were all in a good form after 5 or six rounds and the drunken photo shoot began. Really it's always a shit show when we all go out!!!














































































After Soho we headed over to Hongdae to meet up with James, Heidi, Bohan and Emily. Unfortunatly shortly after we arrived my camera had a tragic accident and is now broken. I'm a little devistated about it but RL's camera is broken also and we will go to Nikon and get them fixed. We only got a couple of photos off at Tin Pan ( Shaun good to see ya and thanks for the offer of tequila shots...I'm trying to reform myself). The rest of the evenings photos are on James' camera and may or may not make their way onto the internet. We left Tin Pan pretty late and Heidi suggested that we head over to SKA bar..which we did. On the way we ran into Stuart and he came with. Unfortunatly I think I might have mentioned some things about big beautiful..never mind to him...geeeez. We did get to chat about man blouses though and how they should never be worn so I think that's cleared up now. They played some AWESOME tunes and we danced our asses off. We left around 530am and went for mandu soup and I rolled home around 645am. Good Times.....Petey I hope you had a great birthday party!!!

The last blog before the weekend...

I'm in a strange mood today and I'm not really sure why. Last night I had a full nights sleep which hasn't happened in about 2 weeks so I'm happy for that. I was feeling a little down until my mom e-mailed me and told me some funny news. Well it isn't funny to the person it happened to but it sure as hell is funny to me!!! I have an ex who I detest because he is a spineless worthless piece of scum. I broke up with him um...5 years ago and he isn't totally over it as he still tries to keep in touch. Perhaps I'm harsh but he was a jerk off to me so I feel I have the right to not like him. Anyway we worked together for CHUM and he was still working there as a DJ but he got let go and is being replaced by a tape of John Tesh.....THAT IS TOO FUCKING FUNNY!!!!!!!!!

Not sure what's up for the weekend...if Peter gets his shit together a birthday party tommorow and dance class tonight. Won't be blogging until Monday so have a great weekend all xoxoxox

I'm blogging from school ahhh the insanity of that!

Joel came by LCI today to say hey to the kids and have lunch with the 1st lunch gang because frankly - second lunch sucks!! just kidding. He then left and went to my place to get the computer. I'm glad he went when I wasn't there otherwise it would have been a sad moment for me. I am however looking forward to shopping for a new computer though! Well I'm hard done by...a 3 day work week how much harder can it get!? I can't believe the weekend is almost here again!!! Petey is having his birthday this Saturday night so I guess that means an evening of drunken foolery! Pete you should shake your ass to house music ;) hint hint hint.....

Things are back to normal though...went to dance class last night, woke up at 3am and stared at the wall for about an hour and a half and sort of fell back asleep again. I've had insomnia for about 2 weeks now. I really am getting tired of it!!! The day was good though and I got an awesome package from my moms which included another can of Tim Hortons Coffee which means I no longer have to ration what I have!!! Some hot pjs and some other great stuff. Yesturday I went shopping with gift certificates I had received for Solal. It was great cause I got a hot pair of designer jeans I wouldn't have splurged for if it was my money (which I must say my ass looks great in!) and some other great stuff. So between yesturday and today my closet is close to full! I love it!

My break is over and I must return to bestow my wisdom on the young Korean minds of my students. Perhaps I'll get another chance to find this computer free so I can blog again sometime. Until then.....xoxoxoxoxox
