Another day at the office

Today being Thursday, meant art. I can't say that I am very artistic when it comes to crafts but I do enjoy the class all the same. Today we had to make ourselves out of clay. The clay was snow white with big google eyes and spongey balls for noses, obviously not realistic. The kids ended up making snowmen and I was cool with that. Here are our photos and one of my snowman creation (with hair!).

The kids were also treated to a little concert in I class from Chris teacher. He brought his viola in to school today. He is really quite good at playing it! My class heard him through the wall and asked if they could ask him to play for them. Chris, being as kind as he is, invited us on over for a little show. The children were very impressed.

Also, I just wanted to let you all know that I don't really give a fuck about what my spelling is like on my blog. This is a just a place where I can write with a large amount of ellipsis and say what is on my mind...I don't take my writing here that seriously. So please don't bother writing me to tell me..I just don't care.

I'm on my way to NK

Tomorrow night I'm heading to the Diamond Back Mountains in North Korea with Rachel Lynn. Our weekend on the other side of the border will include an endless hike, an acrobatic show, drinking North Korean beer, a night in a hotel, and then back to Seoul after another hike. I can say my curiousity is certainly peaked. We won't be heading towards any populated areas and there is strict protocall we must follow but it will be a good time! Stay tuned for when I return on Sunday with a ton of photos I hope!

Damn you OCN! Just when I'm getting ready to go to bed XXX starts! When Vin Diesel is on the screen I can't tear my eyes away! I'm gonna be sleepy tomorrow.

Sweeeet

I don't need affirmation to know that my kindy kids rock but today we had a song contest among all of the classes. They were grouped by age. My kids won for our age group and Rachel Lynn won for her age group. Both of our classes are pretty much amazing! I feel bad for the other classes because this song contest is supposed to be a monthly thing we are going to have. Frankly, I think RL's class and my class are going to win everytime.

I also love modern technology. My travel agent is fantastic. I don't even have to step foot into the travel agency at all. I wire the money from the bank machine and she'll e-mail me the ticket. That simple. So it is official. I am booked and heading to Egypt on December.22nd for the best winter vacation ever!!! Now I need to start planning out what I want to see and do in the 10 days I'm there. I have a pretty good idea but I'm anal when it comes to planning out um pretty much everything :)

Today was uneventful. The new teacher that is replacing Cam is coming tomorrow..that makes me sad a little bit because once Cam leaves and then Beaker leaves..my lunch hour is pretty much going to suck. Unless by some miracle the new girl is cool which would be great actually. I had a nice walk home in the rain..unfortunatly I don't have the choice of riding the subway home for the next week and a bit because of my pathetic money situation. I wish they rolled change here like back home but I can't seem to find money rolls anywhere. I have been raiding my change jar which amazingly enough had over 50 dollars in what would be the equivalent to dimes back home. The girl at the Family Mart just smiles and laughs and tells me not to worry about the piles of change. Today I bought batteries for my camera for my trip to NK this weekend. I'm sure she'll be happy when the piles of change stop :) So will I actually. I'm sure anyone who reads this blog will be happy to hear me stop moaning about being broke too!

Can you see the difference?

These pictures were taken the day I found out Kevin stole from me..AGAIN. It happened to be his birthday party photo. I'm supposed to smile but frankly I wasn't to down with it. Owen also had his picture taken for his birthday. Can you tell who I love more?

Is it too early to start counting down on my calender?

I heard back from the travel agent today and I am booked for Egypt!! Yeeehaaa! I even get to leave on the 22nd of December which is a full day earlier than I had planned. I work until 7:10pm then boot home get my stuff then get to the airport for my midnight flight! The only downside is a 10hr!! stop over in Dubai. If I'm feeling adventurous I'll head into the city if it isn't too far from the airport. Sam's mom has already started planning stuff for me to see so I'm glad I have her on top of things. I'm soo excited!!!

It's finally over!

The last few weekends have been relaxing not having a penny to spend and I've spent a lot of quality time with myself..which frankly isn't so bad considering how freakin awesome I am. However, I'm glad that I no longer have to live my weekends as a shut in! Next weekend North Korea and I get paid the following week. So hopefully more photos of my friends and I up to no good in a bar somewhere will grace this blog again soon :)

Saturday, August 26, 2006

Surprise drunk dials from my brother are good! He called me out of the blue after returning from a work party. He's really big into the Pride fighting and he was streaming live feed from Korea..so I turned on my tv and we watched a bit together and shot the shit. It was a nice break from the laundry I was doing! Now it is raining and there is the wonderful roar of thunder. I hope it storms HARD tonight. I love a good storm don't you?

I got in touch with the travel agent..the wheels are in motion. In less then 4 months I'll set foot in the city I've dreamed of my entire life (and give my best friend the biggest freakin hug ever!) WOOHOO!

Well it's Saturday morning, bright and early, and I'm up. Probably due to the fact I fell asleep at 930 last night! Today I feel awesome though..the massage my boss gave me must have worked because I am pain free just about and I have mobility! I have some house stuff to do and I have to hit the supermarket. Then I guess nothing for the rest of the weekend as I have about oh 0 dollars to my name. Why can't money grow on trees so I could go pick some? I miss Sam..she'd come chill with me and watch movies all day and make me laugh my ass off and help me forget I had no money.

Later....

It's been a while since I've gone on about movies I've watched. Well I just watched a film called The Lake House. Although a lot of critics bashed this film for its unbelievability..I'd put it in the same catagory as the film Frequency. I didn't think there would be a flick that would make me cry like The Notebook did..but this film is up there.

Randomness

Today was the last day at work for my partner teacher, May. As I mentioned before there is no lost love between us however, I think I might actually miss her. There was a going away dinner for her tonight and I had ZERO plans of going however she came and asked me personally to come so I felt obligated. So Rachel Lynn and I made an appearance and set the alarm on her phone for 8 which we had designated as the time of our exit. We left promptly at 8 and made our way home. Not that I had big plans or anything because I'm broke and life pretty much blows at this point, however I just didn't want to stay.

Now the weekend is here and I'm feeling blaaa. I woke up in the middle of the night last night with searing pain under my left shoulder blade. I guess I slept on it funny but I think I pulled a muscle. So now I can't really turn my neck or lift up my left arm. My boss (who I now think is the most wonderful person ever!) gave me a long massage today and tried to work some of the kinks out. It helped for a while but by mid afternoon I was in pain again. So I am going to go get some muscle relaxants at the pharmacy. I will chill all weekend and not spend one penny (thank goodness this is the last weekend of this crap!). I downloaded The Matrix Trilogy, Lake House, 2001 A Space Odessy, Silent Hill, and something else..so I will have another geek out weekend..yeah (said with sarcasm). I will leave you with some random photos from the past few days...NEXT WEEKEND NORTH KOREA!!! Can I handle four hours of hiking without an asthma attack? We will see....

Thursday, August 24, 2006

I can't wait for August to be over. Not that it isn't a lovely month, however since my pay cheque was only 300 bucks it has left me STRAPPED. A very KIND AND CARING friend has been taking care of me however another weekend is almost here and I can't even afford to ride the subway anywhere because I have to conserve my cash. Sad, I know. Once pay day rolls around I'll be able to re-enter the land of the living again. I didn't realize how much I love going out on the weekends until now..cause I can't. Why can't it be September.8th already? I can't even play guitar for a few days because I sliced my 1st guitar finger open at the tip and it hurts to much to play :(

Stuff

We went to the National Cemetary a while ago but here are some photos I got off a cd at school today. Some of them are of my friends and their kids, some are my kids, and a lovely one of myself and my co-workers.

The last to know..

My day started off with my supervisor, Jin, introducing me to my new partner teacher. Well I felt like a complete idiot because I looked at her with a questioning look on my face like..what do you mean a new partner teacher? Since I started at Kids Club over a year ago May has been my partner teacher. I would classify my relationship with her as a love/hate relationship. May has the personality of a dead fish...she is not a very warm person..and I find she is next to impossible to talk to, also in part because her English skills are lacking. However, on a professional stand point..she has been a pretty good partner teacher. We have a good system and that's all that matters really. However, her last day is Friday and she had yet to tell as of today. I know other people knew, and also kept me out of the "need to know loop", I don't care so much about that but if she was telling others, I can't figure out why she wouldn't bother letting me know. So I have this new partner teacher named Kelly. She seems okay..she's really young and this is her first job. Hahaha and she gets me as her partner teacher!

I am going to be VERY nice to the new girl and hopefully it will work in my favor. The rest of our Korean staff is pretty much awesome..it was just May I never clicked with..so hopefully Kelly will be different.

I have to post this because it is soooo funny. If anyone read our questionaire for cool new friends below..one of the questions is how much meat can you stuff into your mouth. HAHAHAHA! Tom sent me this photo of himself and a friend drunken ( I hope ) sharing some meat! He posted a link in the comments however it isn't working for me and really it deserves to be shown. MEAT!! haha!

I love my kids!

Monday, August 21, 2006

You asked I told

un-named-Shelly why don't you talk to me?
me- Because I don't like you.
un-named- Why is that?
me- Because I don't think you are cool or even worth my breath talking to.
un-named- That isn't very nice!
me- You asked I told.
un-named- Isn't there someway we can be friends?
me- No I already told you I don't like you are you hard of hearing?
un-named- Maybe we could just try?
me- Seriously, I'm trying to be honest about things and I just don't like you.
un-named- You're a bitch!
me- Yes I am and I'm very good at it. :)

No picnic

We decided no picnic for today..the weather has been cloudy, sunny, cloudy, rainy near Jes' place..just not a good day. So we'll postpone it until next weekend. So I'm going to chill out, play guitar, and make some garlic pork with herbs and four cheese mashed potatoes and beans..I love food.

Where has all the time gone?

I woke up this morning to blue skies but now they are completely overcast and the wind has picked up...there doesn't appear to be optimal picnic conditions outside which might put a damper on the plan for today. I'll see how the ladies feel about it.

I can't believe that it is almost September! Seriously time flies so fast here before I know it I'll be finished! Well this is supposed to be my last year..all depends on if I get accepted into the program I want at University. In 2 weeks Rachel Lynn and I are going up north and crossing the border. There has always been a lure to go to North Korea and we're gonna do it! It's only for a weekend but I'm excited about it. Then two weeks after that trip Rachel Lynn, Jes, and I are flying to Jeju-do to celebrate Jes becoming a dirty thirty. Then a few weeks after that it will be our week off for Chusok..and then before I know it, it will be winter vacation and I'll be off to Egypt to see my best friend Samaa (if I'm lucky Nihalma might come), eat her mom's delicious cooking, see the pyramids, and brush up on my Arabic. I like having good things planned! Now I'm going to make some pancakes..sip some coffee..and see what gets decided about our picnic. Hope everyone has a GREAT Sunday!

Saturday, August 19, 2006

I went back to sleep after soju lady stopped beeping and I actually slept till 4pm! That hasn't happened since highschool! Sleep is goooooooood. I was supposed to walk around the Han River today guess that plan has flown out the window. The rain that was supposed to come hasn't and it is a beautiful, sunny, clear day. I'm going to clean my apartment, cook some Indian, clear my head, and watch some movies. Hopefully tomorrow the sun will still be out because we're going to go have a picnic in the park which we haven't done in awhile.

Soju lady..

I've spoken of the soju lady before. She is a menace. I have seen her sober once and she walked with me to the Family Mart where I bought water and she bought about 12 bottles of soju! She lives across the hall and she is a raging alcoholic. She leaves puddles of vomit around the building, she smokes and leaves her butts in the hall when she forgets her door combination, and she's LOUD at bizarre times of the day. While I was in Canada, Cam told me that paramedics and someone whom he believed to be her son, ended up breaking into her apartment because she wasn't answering. Turns out she wasn't home but they have replaced the lock on her door. We have key pads to enter our apartments, now she has a key pad which is also outfitted with a key hole so when she forgets the code she can use her key. Do you think it has helped? NO! What I hate is her key pad sound is about 8 pitches higher than ours..so when she tries to get in you know it is her and the sound is even more annoying. She woke me up this morning at 830am with her beeping beeping beeping. I heard some keys jingle but my guess is she couldn't figure out which one to use. I wish someone would come and take her away...

I need a hot boyfriend who is a guitar wizard so he can teach me how to play this freakin thing! I can't play ode to joy forever!

I'm happy to say that I've found a place on the web that is helping make sense of it all! When I want to learn about something..I need to know EVERYTHING about it. So I've been reading about the guitar and how to play and techniques like a crazy person. I have also been practicing my chord chart OVER AND OVER. I am determined to make beautiful sounds come out of this pretty piece of wood! I found a blog put together by a guitar teacher and things are finally starting to make sense!! Maybe I'll record myself when I can actually play well and post it here.

A photo of the village idiot

I didn't take any pics today because I forgot my camera at home. This one always makes me laugh though. I hate him why didn't he just choke on that pretzel and die?

The rains they are a comin!

Typhoon Wukong, which has been passing over Japan is supposed to make it's way up to Korea any time now. The southern areas and coastal areas of Korea are supposed to get up to 200 millimeters of rain..I'm sure that Seoul is going to get hit hard because the clouds tell me so! I didn't have my camera on the way home tonight but wish I did because the clouds were crazy! Rachel Lynn got a good shot though. It felt like the clouds were following me all the way home they were rolling in so fast. I hope it doesn't rain too much or else it will definitely dampen our weekend plans for a picnic and I wanted to walk the path along the Han River. Might have to take a "rain check" until next weekend!

Calling all guitar players

Okay so I'm really trying to love the guitar because I love the way it sounds when people are playing it..but seriously are your wrists supposed to feel gimpy from bending them and putting your hands in weird positions on the frets? Does a natural progression between chords really happen?? Is it supposed to hurt?????????

Also...I am totally stoked because Prison Break season 2 starts on Monday!!! wooohoo!!! I was hooked on that show like it was crack! House starts September.5th, NCIS on September.19th, The Amazing Race on September.17th, and I just have to wait until after Christmas for the season premiere of Big Love. Um yes..I am a tv junky of sorts.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!

So Jes and I are starting a band and this will be our first hit single...in honor of Phoebe Buffay. Good on Adrian for finding it!

Hopefully our version will sound more like this...

WTF????????

Rachel Lynn can post pics no prob..other blogs I've been to don't have this photo issue..FAWK FAWK FAWK! I might have to switch to Firefox if this crap keeps up!

I honestly love us

Doin it the old fashion way

I'm sick of not being able to post photos..it makes me mental! So..I'm using Picasa. The only thing I hate about it is that it will only load one pic at a time and it makes them each a seperate post. So I need to go through all the posts and turn them into one and the photos aren't full size. It is better then nothing though. Enjoy these pics from Jenny's party! Geeez and only one would center..freakin lame I hate blogger sometimes!

Blogger pics STILL isn't working seriously this is starting to be lame. Tomorrow is a holiday here in Seoul though I'm stoked to have a day to just sleeeeeep.

Sunday, August 13, 2006

Ah I hate when blogger pics doesn't work!

So I've got my guitar and tuned it by ear how awesome am I? I have a tuner and used it after and I had tuned it perfectly! I rule. However playing it is a different story. I watched the first in the series of videos I have and I can now play Ode to Joy. However my fingers hurt from pressing on the strings. It's going to be a long while until I can make something beautiful come out of my guitar. The first real song I will learn will be Smelly Cat because it is Jes' favorite and she wants to have a sing along :)

I totally copied Jes on this but I was curious what kind of weather I was..

You Are a Rainbow

Breathtaking and rare
You are totally enchanting and intriguing
But you usually don't stick around long!

You are best known for: your beauty

Your dominant state: seducing

I was also curious about this one..I think the answer for my year is pretty spot on

You Belong in 1967

1960 - 1969: You are a free spirit with a huge heart. Love, peace, and happiness rule - oh, and drugs too.

More..Hey I can't post photos I need something today!

You Are a Powdered Devil's Food Donut

A total sweetheart on the outside, you love to fool people with your innocent image.
On the inside you're a little darker, richer, and more complex.
You're a hedonist who demands more than one pleasure at a time.
Decadent and daring, you test the limits of human indulgence.

You Are Fish

You have a well formed palate and a daring appetite. If it's served to you, you'll at least try it.
People are pretty scared of your exotic ways. But once they get a taste of you, they're addicted!

You Are Sex On the Beach

When comes to drinking, you like it to go down smooth.
You really don't like the taste of alcohol - just its effect on you.
So, you're proud to get drunk on fruity, girly drinks.
Because once you're liquored up, the fun begins!

Your Pimp Name Is...

G-string Kisses

AHHHHH hahhaha this one is funny because it's soo right!

Your Stripper Song Is

Dirrty by Christina Aguelera

"Too dirrty to clean my act up
If you ain't dirrty
You ain't here to party"

You're so dirty, you make Christina look clean.

Goodbye Jenny

A word of advice..don't mix rum, jack, vodka, beer, and icecream..your stomache will hate you for it! At least mine did anyway. Tonight Beaker, RL, and I got in a cab and headed out to Hongdae to meet up with everyone at Carny Station. Anyone not familiar..Carny Station is an all you can eat and drink restaurant. The quality of the food is poor and the booze isn't all that great but for 20 bucks who can really complain. We all got WASTED and Jes, Saejin and I left everyone and headed to Tin Pan (where everyone met us later). We danced up a storm to the awesome music that was playing...we made new friends and had a gay old time. Then we left and the evening hit a low point. We went to Stompers..I'm sorry if anyone likes that place but I've always hated it and I still hate it. I can't stand rap and hip hop and I personally feel it should be banned from the universe. After everyone realized how crap! it was we left and said goodbye to Jes who headed home..and Jenny, Francis, Rachel Lynn and I hit the Luxary Noraebang for some singing and laughs. We were all in peak singing form if I do say so ;) Now it is about 5am and I'm gonna hit the sheets and hopefully stay there until mid afternoon.

P.S. Beaker if you wake up tomorrow and there are parts of your hair much shorter than others..it's because I cut your hair a few times :)

Blogger won't upload photos so you can check them all out Here

Does it have to be so early?

There is nothing better then being woken up by the lovely sound of chain saws at 8am on a Saturday morning. I'm not sure what the fuck was going on outside my window but it seems to have stopped now that I'm awake. I was planning on getting up early but not 8am. Now I'm sipping my wonderful mocha Korean coffee and thinking about the chicken and meat in my fridge I need to clean and bag and freeze before I get ready to go to Jenny's. I'm finally getting a guitar today. My brother doesn't believe I'll play it. Which suprises me considering I have been playing instruments since I was 12 and can read music no problem. Maybe he's worried I'll become better than he is ;) I have 5 learn to play guitar videos downloaded and I just have to figure out reading tabs which seems harder then reading actual music but I'm sure it isn't. Looking forward to getting prettied up and heading out for Jenny's party tonight...should be good times :)

Vampires beware

Freakin awesome morning..shitty afternoon

I was so stoked to find out we were having an albino python for animal show and tell today. I LOVE SNAKES and pretty much all reptiles..I was almost as excited as my kids were! Even new guy got in on the snake action. We had the best morning..art class then the snake. I was feeling happy and good and I stopped at the bank at lunch time and my jaw must have smacked the floor when I saw my balance. Let's just say I was expecting to get paid over 2 grand and got about 350 bucks. I was told before I went away that I was going to be getting that when I came back...so I went mental in Canada with the shopping...if I had of known that things were miss communicated I would have banked some :( Now I am flat broke and have to figure out how the heck I am going to make until September 10th. AHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I can't even go to Jeju-do for Jes' birthday and RL has to loan me spending money for North Korea in a few weeks. FUCK!!! Well I'm getting a guitar this Saturday from Jenny and I've downloaded tons of learn guitar videos..so I guess I'll be mastering that for the next month while I hybernate and not spend money. I'm still going to Costco though..I may be poor but at least I'll have food!

Dreaming of cheese

Since returning from Canada two weeks ago, I've done little in the shopping department. I bought TONS of veggies but not much of anything else. Tonight after work RL and I are going to Costco and I'm stoked because I'll have cheese again!!!! Salads haven't been the same without it! I don't know why I get excited about going to Costco but it's like going home for a few minutes.

These photos are from before I went to Canada but never posted. They are of this crazy science experiment we did where we put powder into this liquid and it turned to stringy squishy jelly. The kids loved it and we all had fun with it! I just like posting pics of my kids because I love them..well I don't love Kevin right now.

Caught stealing..AGAIN!

So as I mentioned yesturday someone in my kindy class stole the present RL got me in Canada. I was 99% sure it was Kevin but I didn't catch him red handed like the last time. So this morning I came into class and told everyone what had happened and how disappointed I was that someone in our class would steal. I told them all to put their heads down and if they were the one who took it..they could raise their hand and not get in trouble, as long as they admitted to it. Nobody raised their hand. So I tried another tactic. We have video cams in our classes so I said that I saw the video tape and I knew who took it..still not response. So we went on with work for a while and finally one of the kids started to cry. It was one of my best kids so I was shocked..but when I asked him what was wrong he said,"It was KEVIN! He took your present I saw him and I am sorry I didn't tell you right away!" Some other kids fessed up and said they saw Kevin do it. So I asked him if he took it and he said yes like it was no big deal. I grabbed him and dragged him to the office and the girls dealt with him and called his mom. He came back about an hr later and did not apologize or act like he did anything wrong. I was pissed! I made sure to make an example of him all day and he will now not receive any rewards and stickers and other things like the other kids until he apologizes to me. The other kids told him how bad he was which was good. Hopefully his mom laid the smack down when he got home. GRRRRRR! Oh yeah..thanks for all that posted you guys rock :) I feel better now.

Goodbye...to my tv

Today Joel is coming over to take his things back. Joel used to teach at my school and left in November. He left me his flat screen tv, microwave, dvd player, and other things. He returned to Korea in January but never came to get his stuff. Today is the day :( I don't mind so much about the microwave because I'm getting Jenny's on Saturday but it is going to be hard to part with the stereo sound flat screen tv!!! The one the school provides pretty much blows.

I'm also feeling unloved by my readers. I know I have many but nobody ever posts..why is that? If you read today..leave a post..my blogging ego needs a boost! :)

Typical Tuesday

Today school was school. The kids were great..I was great no real complaints. The theif in my class has struck again though..I'm pretty pissed because he took something that RL gave me. I didn't catch him red handed but I'm 99% sure it was him. So tomorrow I will be confronting him like I already know he took it and see if he'll crack. I spoke to my supervisor and she said if he admits it they are going to call his mom into the school. I HATE THEIVES! Other than that things are great. I've started walking home from work everyday and man was I sweaty when I got home! Doesn't help that it is like a bazillion degrees out! It is about a 35-40 minute walk which I can do in 20 if I boot like yesturday. Today I made it in 30. NOW I'm gonna just have an icy shower and chill out.

Sometimes not knowing is better

This afternoon I was teaching my 2nd graders cause and effect. I gave them 5 causes and they needed to come up with 3 effects for each in their notebooks. One of the causes was you had a fight with your mom. Many of the kids said the effect was their mom hit them. We got in this huge discussion about punishment. One kid told me about how she always heard her neighbours fighting and breaking stuff. I told them about the crazies that live below me who beat the crap out of each other. Then one kid said, "One time my mom and dad got in a fight and he hit her in the head with a golf club and she needed 24 stiches." How the fuck do you react to that without freakin the kid out? I couldn't say,"Your dad is some kind of awful!" It bothered me for the rest of the day. I'd met this kid's mom before and she is so sweet..I could just image her with blood gushing out of her head after being beaten with a golf club. I wish I didn't know that story.

I made the best freakin dinner ever! A mixed bag...Greek chicken, rice with noodles (my friend Hani showed me how to make way back in the day when he was showing me how to make delicious Lebanese food), and a yummy salad. I also watched V for Vendetta which has moved into my favorite films catagory. If you haven't seen it..DO IT!

Culture

I woke up much earlier than I had planned to today and decided to get up and walk to Isu and do some grocery shopping. It is really hot outside but a nice day for a walk non the less. Usually older Korean women give me strange or angry looks and it is something I've gotten used to..but today I was pleasantly suprised. When I was next in line at the cash to pay an older lady came with only a carton of milk..I had tons of stuff so I told her she could go ahead of me. She made a little bit of a public display of what a kind foreigner I was and actually gave me the biggest bear hug ever! I love when people are sweet and kind as opposed to hateful towards me because I'm white. Now I've got a ton of groceries I'm going to cook some Greek food tonight and chillax and enjoy my aircon!

Yeah RL is back!

After wanting to just sleep all night..I headed back out to meet Jes in Itaewon for dinner. We had expected Rachel Lynn to return from Canada yesturday, however she didn't and we were a little worried about her. She got back tonight though while I was on my way to Itae!!!!!! I was so happy!!! So she came to meet Jes and I and we went to Pharaohs for dinner. Egyptian food is SOOOOOOO yummy. Jenny came and met us then we went to Hollywoods for some drinks. It was low key but so nice to be with all the ladies again after 3 weeks apart!!! Tomorrow will be chillax and maybe a bit of cleaning. I should also go buy groceries as my fridge is empty!!!!

Kind of a bust

Well things did not go according to plan this afternoon. Jes, Cam, Saejin, Jenny and I met at Geckos for lunch, it must have been about 100 degrees in there! We sipped margaritas and ate but we were so hot it required a lot of effort. We walked over to the Red Door Store
