NOT EASY NO MATTER WHAT YOU'RE TOLD!
Tonight I thought it would be a good idea to make chobap. I love it! Always so tasty! I figured I could do it. UM..well it was HARD HARD HARD! I should have known stuffing rice into tiny little shells made of tofu was gonna be rough but if I had of known it would have taken so much effort I might have not bothered. My students said it was so simple it sounds easy in theory..but IF I WAS A KOREAN MOM it might have been much easier!

yeah..I'm torn though..really really torn..I love Korea and love home. I will definitely feel great loss when I have to move in July. However, I will know how to make cho bap!
