It's a beautiful day, the sun is shining, the old guys at the gym are finally talking to me (and making me tea!), and I just brewed a fresh pot of Tim Horton's coffee. The only thing potentially ruining my lovely morning is work :)
~ work didn't ruin it I had a super fantastic marvelous day..

Hello Shelly! My name is Joshua and I believe I will be starting at your school next week. I was wondering if you could give me some advice on what important things to bring and if you or any of the other teachers would like me to bring anything for you guys from the states! Thanks for your time and am looking forward to meeting you.
Sincerely,
Joshua
P.S.
Great blog!
Hi Joshua - Yes you are going to working at my school. We've all been covering your classes and your students are definitely anxious to meet you. You won't have a full pay cheque for the first month you are here so I would suggest making sure you have enough $ to get you through.
You can find whatever you need in Korea if you know where to look such as deodorant, toothpaste, shaving cream and such. It is a little more expensive than back home but if you have a favorite brand I would bring some from home.
You will be provided with the essentials in your apartment such as bedding so you don't have to worry about that sort of stuff. If you have more questions it would probably be easier to email me.
I can say you have made a solid choice coming to my school. I've been there for 3 years and it has been great.
See you soon :)
I can't speak for the other teachers but if you brought some Easter chocolate I'd be your new best friend :P
